The meeting will be attended by executive directors Mr. Liu Jianjun and Ms. Yao Hong, as well as non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors. Postal Savings Bank pointed out that the bank is not an institution recognized under the Banking Ordinance of Hong Kong, not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and not authorized to carry out banking or deposit-taking businesses in Hong Kong.
