Uspace Tech Aerospace Holding Group Limited ("the Company") announced the list of board members and their roles and functions in the board of directors and its three committees on October 2, 2024. Executive directors include Mr. Mohamed Ben Amor as Chairman, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum as Vice Chairman, and several other members. The list of non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors was also announced. The board of directors has established audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, with Mr. Hong Jiaxi serving as Chairman of the audit committee, and Ms. Barbara Jane Ryan as Chairman of the remuneration committee.
