During the reporting period, the group carried out various business developments, including the acquisition of 73% equity of Carbon GreenKey Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and 60% equity of Henan Reliance New Energy Regeneration Co., Ltd., and cooperation with the Qidi Science and Technology City Group to develop carbon neutrality business. The Board of Directors does not recommend the payment of final dividends.
