During the reporting period, the Group's operating income was approximately CNY 148.0 million, a decrease of approximately 12.8% compared to the same period last year. Gross profit increased from approximately CNY 12.8 million in the same period last year to approximately CNY 15.8 million, an increase of approximately 23.3%. The Company's attributable loss to equity holders decreased from approximately CNY 87.3 million in the same period last year to approximately CNY 71.6 million. The Group has made substantial progress in the aerospace business and successfully launched 6 low-cost commercial optical satellites, laying a foundation for future development. In addition, the Group is actively expanding into the Middle East market and has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Egyptian National Space Agency, expecting to significantly expand its presence in the aerospace market in Africa. On 28 June 2024, the Group entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with a third party to sell all the equity interests in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Productive Glory Limited, for a consideration of HKD 37,387,000.
