Uranium Energy Corp announced significant drilling results from its Roughrider Project in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. Drill hole RR-961, located 850 meters northeast of the main deposit, intersected 11.4% eU3O8 over 2.4 meters, including a high-grade interval of 24.9% eU3O8 over 1.0 meters. This follows the previously reported RR-940 intersection of 12.7% eU3O8 over 7.2 meters.The Roughrider North discovery has extended uranium mineralization along approximately 200 meters of strike length, with a high-grade core measuring about 55 meters. The mineralization remains open to the east and west, entirely within basement rocks about 250 meters below surface. The ongoing drill program has 20 holes remaining and may be extended into fall.The project is situated 13 kilometers west of Orano's McClean Lake Mill in the eastern Athabasca Basin, one of the world's premier uranium mining jurisdictions. Samples from all holes have been collected for assay analysis at SRC's Geoanalytical Laboratory in Saskatoon, with results expected in the coming weeks.
