The group completed a total of approximately RMB 5.96 billion in commodity transactions on new media platforms, with over 50 live broadcasts and over 68 million live fans. In addition, the group has initiated the development of artificial intelligence ("AI") live projects, with the goal of achieving full-scene decision-making in the live e-commerce field with AI systems. The group also announced plans to use its own funds to repurchase the company's shares in the public market for up to HKD 30 million during the interim period. As for the share incentive plan, the company granted a total of 15,169,920 incentive shares to 199 selected participants on April 10, 2024. During the reporting period, the company did not pay any interim dividends.
