Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2024, the interim dividend will be paid in cash or in the form of share dividents for shareholders to choose. Shareholders who choose to receive the dividend in whole or in part in the form of share dividends must complete and submit the election form by 4:30 p.m. on September 27, 2024. If the shareholder fails to complete and submit the form correctly and on time, the interim dividend will be paid in full in cash. Stocks and/or cash dividend payment cheques will be sent to the shareholders by ordinary mail on October 16, 2024. If a shareholder does not specify the quantity of share dividends to be received, or if the selected quantity exceeds their shareholding, it will be deemed that they have chosen to receive the entire dividend in shares instead of cash.
