Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited announced that for the interim dividend for the six months ended on June 30, 2024, shareholders will be provided with the option of receiving the dividend in cash or stocks. Shareholders who choose to receive the dividend in full or in part in the form of stocks (representative shares) must fill in the selection form and return it by 4:30 pm on September 27, 2024. If shareholders fail to correctly fill in and return the form on time, the interim dividend will be fully distributed in cash. Stock and/or cash dividends will be sent by ordinary mail to the registered address of shareholders on October 16, 2024. Once the choice for representative shares is made, it will be deemed irrevocable.
