New World Development Company Limited ("the Company") announced on September 5, 2024, that in view of the possible severe weather conditions, namely Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm Warning, the Company has made special arrangements for the submission deadline of share transfer documents to qualify for the final deadline for the interim dividend for the six months ending on June 30, 2024. If the above warnings are in effect and not lifted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on September 6, 2024 (Friday), the deadline for submission of transfer documents will be extended to 4:30 p.m. on September 9, 2024 (Monday). In addition, the dates for the suspension of share transfer registration and the qualification for the distribution of interim dividends may be adjusted accordingly. The Company emphasizes that, except for the special arrangements for weather conditions mentioned above, the timelines and information in the interim report and performance announcement remain unchanged.
