Shareholders will deliberate and vote on two ordinary resolutions: the application for converting domestic shares into H shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and authorizing the Board of Directors and its authorized personnel to handle matters related to the full circulation of H shares. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend the meeting and vote, and the Appointment of Representative Form must be delivered to the designated location 24 hours before the meeting.
