Innovent Bio (Innovent Bio) announced on August 30, 2024 that the composition of the board of directors has changed. According to Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Dr. Yu Dechao, an executive director, has been transferred from the Chairman of the Nomination Committee to a member of the committee, and has resigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
