China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited ("China Jinmao") announced that it will distribute an interim dividend of 3 Hong Kong cents per share, and will suspend share transfer registration procedures from September 17 to 19, 2024 to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends. Shareholders are required to complete the transfer formalities before 4:30 pm on September 16, 2024 in order to receive the dividends. The interim dividends are expected to be paid on or before October 31, 2024, and shareholders also have the option to receive dividends in the form of shares.
