Aluminum Corporation of China ("Aluminum Corporation of China") announced on August 28, 2024 that Mr. Lu Dong has been appointed as the vice general manager of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Lu Dong has extensive metallurgical technology and enterprise management experience, and has served in various related positions, including several senior positions at China Greatwall Technology Group and the Henan Branch of Aluminum Corporation of China. In addition, Mr. Lu currently serves as the party committee secretary and chairman of China Aluminum Industry's subsidiary Guangxi Huasheng New Materials Co., Ltd. The members of the board of directors include executive directors Mr. Shi Zhirong, Mr. Zhu Runzhou, Mr. Ou Xiaowu, and Mr. Jiang Tao, non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Jilong and Mr. Chen Pengjun, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Qiu Guanzhou, Mr. Yu Jinsong, and Ms. Chen Yuanxiu.
