KB Laminates Holdings Limited ("the Company") announces that, in accordance with the amendments to the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Exchange"), starting from December 31, 2023, company communications will be issued electronically. The Company will no longer proactively mail printed copies of company communications to non-registered holders, unless individual requests are received. The electronic versions of the company communications in Chinese and English will be available on the Company's and the Exchange's websites. Non-registered holders who wish to continue receiving printed copies will need to complete an application form and contact the Company's Hong Kong Share Registrars, Tricor Abacus Limited. This arrangement will remain effective until the last day of the next financial year, unless revoked or replaced. The Company encourages shareholders to access company communications electronically to reduce paper usage and enhance efficiency.
