The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Lin Zhong, the chairman of the company. The board of directors members also include Mr. Lin Wei, executive director, Mr. Ru Hailin, Mr. Yang Xin, and Mr. Ge Ming, as well as independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Yongyue, Mr. Chen Weicheng, and Ms. Lin Caiyi.
