Beijing Energy Clean Energy ("the company") announced that it will hold a board of directors meeting on August 29, 2024 (Thursday) to consider and approve the interim performance report for the six months ended June 30, 2024, and handle other matters. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Chen Dayu, the Chairman of the Board, with the participation of Executive Directors Mr. Li Minghui and Mr. Zhang Wei, Non-Executive Directors Mr. Zhou Jianyu, Mr. Song Zhiyong and Ms. Zhang Yi, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Zhao Jie, Mr. Wang Hongxin, Mr. Qin Haiyan and Ms. Hu Zhiying.
