SinoTrans Limited ("SinoTrans") will hold a board of directors meeting on Thursday, August 29, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited mid-year performance up to June 30, 2024 and its publication. The meeting will also discuss the proposed interim dividend (if any) and other matters.
