Centralwealthgp Holdings Limited ("Centralwealthgp") announced on August 14, 2024 that its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, resigned immediately due to the inability to reach a consensus on the proposed expenses for the year 2024. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu confirmed that there was no need to report to shareholders, creditors or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors of Centralwealthgp stated that there was no disagreement with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointed Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor, serving until the end of the next shareholders' annual meeting. The Audit Committee considered its audit proposal, experience, independence, resource capability and relevant guidelines when selecting Crowe Horwath. The Board of Directors thanked Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for their past services. The new appointment was announced by executive director Mr. Chen Xiaodong on August 15, 2024.
