On August 14, 2024, Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announced that non-executive director Mr. Zeng Xinghai had resigned due to work arrangements. Mr. Zeng confirmed that there were no differences of opinion with the board of directors and no other matters to be informed to the shareholders. The Company expresses gratitude to Mr. Zeng for his contribution during his tenure. The board of directors currently includes executive directors Yang Mingchao, Meng Xianjin, An Haolei, and Luo Na, non-executive directors Yi Jiayu and Liu Zhengzheng, as well as independent non-executive directors Zeng Xiaosong, Yu Fangjin, Li Jianfeng, and Shi Kangping.
