BYD Company Limited announced that it will hold a board of directors meeting on Wednesday 28 August 2024 to mainly consider and approve the mid-term performance report for the six months ending 30 June 2024 and its release. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Wang Chuanfu, the Chairman of the company, and handle other related matters. Board of directors members include executive director Wang Chuanfu, non-executive directors Lu Xiangyang and Xia Zuoquan, and independent non-executive directors Cai Hongping, Zhang Min, and Yu Ling.
