Chongqing Hongjiu Fruit Co., Ltd. (Hongjiu Fruit) announced on August 7, 2024 that the related transaction of non-listed domestic common shares of up to 30,487,802 shares to be issued to the targeted subscriber has been terminated. The termination of this issuance is due to the decision of China Securities Regulatory Commission to terminate the review of the issuance application. Hongjiu Fruit and Mr. Deng Hongjiu and the subscriber have signed a termination agreement.
