The meeting will consider and vote on the share purchase agreement between PT Margautama Nusantara, PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services, and its investment holding company WIPL with PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The agreement includes First Pacific Investment Group's purchase of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol shares, which account for approximately 18.0% of the target company's expanded capital, at a total price of 8.11575 trillion Indonesian rupiahs.
