The board of directors has four committees, namely Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Sustainability Committee, and specified the chairman and members of each committee. Mr. Li Tianzhang serves as the Chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee, while Mr. Huang Weide, Mr. Zhao Gongzhi, and Mr. Zhu Jianbiao serve as the chairmen of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Sustainability Committee, respectively.
