In the event of a black rainstorm, a typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or the Hong Kong Government's announcement of an "extreme situation", the meeting will be postponed to the same time and place on September 9, 2019 (Monday). Shareholders will vote on the re-election of directors and authorizing the board to determine the remuneration of directors, reappointment of auditors, and authorizing the board to issue, distribute and repurchase shares.
