Pacific Basin announced that it will hold a board of directors meeting on August 8, 2024 to consider and approve the mid-year performance ending June 30, 2024, and discuss whether to pay mid-year dividends. The meeting will be announced in Hong Kong by the company secretary, Mo Jieting, on July 25, 2024. Currently, the company's board of directors includes executive director Martin Fruergaard, independent non-executive directors Irene Waage Basili, Stanley Hutter Ryan, Kirsi Kyllikki Tikka, Zhuang Weilin and Alexandre Frederic Akira Emery, as well as non-executive directors Zhang Richi and Mats Henrik Berglund.
