Town Health International Medical Group Limited ('the Company') announced that, from June 14, 2024, the Hong Kong office and the major business location of the Company will be relocated from 6/F Health Technology Centre, 2-12 Yuen Shun Circuit, Sha Tin, to 6/F of the same address, at Town Health Medical Group Centre. This address change will not affect the operation of the Company. In addition, the Company also announced the list of current members of the Board of Directors, including executive director Mr. Choi Ka Tsun (Chairman and CEO), Dr. Ho Siu Wing, Ms. Cheung Hiu Suet, and Mr. Lau Si Yan. Non-executive directors Ms. Li Fanny, Ms. Lau Suk Hing, Mr. Lau Yeung, and Ms. Zhang Leidi; as well as independent non-executive directors Mr. Yu Hok Chung, Dr. Tse Wai Kwok, Mr. Han Man Yan, Mr. Chen Wai Kun, Mr. Cheung Ka Ming, and Mr. Chui Wing Cheong.
