("Kingsoft") updated the relevant transaction information about Beijing Xiaomi Smart Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("the Fund") on July 19, 2024. The Fund was established by Kingsoft's subsidiary Wuhan Kingsoft, Xiaomi Beijing, Xiaomi Wuhan, and other partners entering into a new partnership agreement, which replaced the original partnership agreement.
