Geely Auto Holdings Limited ('Geely Auto') will hold a board meeting at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Room 2301, 23/F, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The main purpose of the meeting is to approve the interim performance for the six months ended June 30, 2024. In addition, according to the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Geely Auto's directors will not be allowed to trade any securities of the company from July 22, 2024 to August 21, 2024. Currently, Geely Auto's executive directors include Mr. Li Shufu (Chairman), Mr. Li Donghui (Vice-Chairman), and six other members, as well as five independent non-executive directors.
