("Qianwan Holding") to jointly develop the Qianwan Haichang IP Park in the Ningbo Qianwan New Area. Under the agreement, Qianwan Holding will be responsible for land acquisition and project development, while Haichang will provide strategic planning, design consulting services, and comprehensive operation management, with a 20-year operation period and priority renewal rights. The project aims to create an internationally first-class IP-themed park, and is expected to enhance Haichang's brand awareness and industry leading position. The Board of Directors stated that this project will become Haichang's first large-scale cultural and tourism project in Zhejiang province, and is in line with the company's light asset strategy. However, due to the non-binding nature of the agreement, there is still uncertainty regarding the final implementation of the project.
