FIH Limited ("FIH") will hold a board of directors meeting on August 9, 2024 (Friday) to consider and approve the unaudited interim performance for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and its publication. The meeting will also discuss whether to distribute interim dividends. The board of directors consists of three executive directors (including Mr. James Chyr, Mr. Lin Jia-yi and Dr. Wilbur Kuo), one non-executive director (Mr. Zhang Chuan-wang) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Liu Shao-ji, Ms. Chen Shu-juan and Mr. Qiu Yan-zhen).
