The Board of Directors appreciates Ms. Zhou's contributions during her term. On the same day, Mr. Xiao Zhe was appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of relevant committees. Mr. Xiao has more than 10 years of experience in finance and investment, and has worked at institutions such as Minsheng Investment Group and Swhy Securities. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has not served as a director of a public company in the past three years. Mr. Xiao's appointment has no fixed term and will be rotated off at the shareholder's annual meeting.
