Vitasoy Int'l will hold its shareholder annual meeting on August 19, 2024 at the W Hotel in Hong Kong. The meeting will examine and adopt the financial statements and board of directors and auditor's reports for the year ending March 31, 2024, approve the final dividend, re-elect members of the board of directors, and determine director remuneration. In addition, the meeting will appoint auditors and authorize the board to determine their remuneration. Special items include considering authorizing directors to issue and deal with additional shares, and authorizing share repurchases. Share transfer registration will be suspended from August 14th to 19th, 2024, to determine eligible shareholders to attend the meeting and collect final dividends. If weather conditions are unfavorable, the shareholder annual meeting may be postponed.
