The meeting will vote on matters, including the appointment of Mr. Cai Weikang as executive director, and the appointment of Mr. Leung Ka Kin and Mr. Wang Kenan as independent non-executive directors, as well as the removal of Mr. Liu Yongzhuo and Mr. Qin Liyong from their positions as executive directors.
