Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited announced that for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, the final dividends will be provided to shareholders in the form of cash or stocks. If shareholders choose to receive dividends in the form of stocks instead of cash, they must submit a completed choice form before 4:30 pm on July 22, 2024. If shareholders fail to fill out and return the form correctly and timely, the final dividends will be defaulted to be distributed in cash. The stocks and/or cash dividends will be mailed out on August 7, 2024. If shareholders have signed the form but have not specified the number of shares to be received, or have chosen to receive more shares than their registered shares, they will be deemed to have chosen to receive all dividends in the form of shares instead of cash.
