("the Company") announced the board of directors, including executive directors Mr. Wu Xiangdong, Mr. Yan Tao, Ms. Zhu Lin, Mr. Luo Yonghong and Mr. Wu Guangshu, non-executive director Mr. Sun Zheng, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Li Dong, Ms. Yan Jisheng and Mr. Huang Jinshuan. The company also announced the distribution of members in the three committees under the board of directors, in which the chairmen of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee were Mr. Li Dong, Mr. Huang Jinshuan and Mr. Wu Xiangdong respectively, and other members of the committees include several executive directors and independent non-executive directors.
