CITIC Telecom signed a three-year framework agreement with its ultimate controlling shareholder CITIC Group on June 19, 2024. From June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2027, it will provide six types of services to CITIC Group, including internet data center services, virtual private network services, internet access services, csi information security index management services, cloud computing solution services, and information services. This agreement is a renewal after the framework agreement expired on June 1, 2021, and will undergo annual review according to listing rules. CITIC Telecom stated that such transactions will further consolidate its position as an information technology service provider and comply with the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
