MTT GROUP will hold a board of directors meeting on June 25, 2024 to consider and approve the annual performance report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, and discuss the possibility of distributing final dividends. The meeting will be led by the chairman and executive director, Ye Jiawei, and will be announced on June 13, 2024. Board members include executive director Chen Tianxiang, non-executive director Ho Wang Sing, and independent non-executive directors Lam Chi-Wing, Chung Mei Yiu, Ho Ching Tung and Law Kwok Lung.
