China Coal Energy announced on June 13, 2024 that, in addition to the original resolutions, two new resolutions proposed by the controlling shareholder China National Coal Group will be considered at the annual shareholders meeting to be held in Beijing on June 28. The first is to distribute a special dividend of RMB 0.113 per share, and the second is to authorize the board of directors to develop a mid-term profit distribution plan for 2024. If the special dividend resolution is passed at the shareholders meeting, the special dividend will be paid to the H-shareholders on the shareholder list on July 11, and the transfer of shares will be suspended from July 8 to 11. Other resolutions of the shareholders meeting remain unchanged.
