Mr. Lam Hing Lun serves as the company secretary, responsible for accounting, financial management, and secretarial affairs, and also a member of the remuneration committee. As for independent non-executive directors, Mr. Cai Wen Zhou, Mr. Sun Da Hao, and Mr. Xian Ya En respectively serve as members or chairs of the remuneration committee, audit committee, and nomination committee.
