CR Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced in a circular released on April 29, 2024 that it will distribute a dividend of HKD 0.006 per share (the "2023 Final Dividend") for the year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in Chinese Yuan at a conversion rate of HKD 1.0 to CNY 0.91048. If a shareholder chooses to receive the dividend in Chinese Yuan, the dividend will be paid at a rate of RMB 0.00546288 per share. Shareholders who wish to continue receiving the dividend in Hong Kong dollars do not need to fill in or return the dividend currency selection form.
