On June 6th, 2024, Chi Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited ("Chi Kingstone") announced that Mr. Li Yunfei had resigned from the position of CEO due to other personal work commitments. Mr. Li confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board of directors and no need to raise related resignation matters to shareholders. The board of directors expressed gratitude to Mr. Li for his contribution to the company during his term in office.
