The meeting will be held simultaneously in Beijing and Hong Kong via video conferencing to discuss resolutions, including financial statements, profit distribution plans, mid-term profit distribution arrangements and reappointment of the auditor. In addition, there will be deliberations on the work reports of the board of directors and the board of supervisors, as well as the election of executive directors and non-executive directors. Shareholders can appoint proxies to attend the meeting and vote, and the proxy appointment form should be delivered to the H-share registrar at least 24 hours before the meeting.
