HSC Resources Group Limited announced that Mr. Ghanshyam Adhikari will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company from 5 June 2024. Mr. Adhikari has over 15 years of experience in corporate management, marketing and public relations management, and holds a master's degree in education from Tribhuvan University and a bachelor's degree in English literature from Mahendra Multiple College. He will sign a three-year service contract with the company, which can be renewed annually. Mr. Adhikari will receive a basic salary of HKD 5,000 per month, and his remuneration will be reviewed by the Remuneration Committee and determined by the Board of Directors based on market rates and his qualifications and experience.
