Ideal Cars held its Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2024 and issued a Notice of Meeting to Shareholders on April 24. At the meeting, all motions including the review of the 2023 financial statements, director elections and directors' remuneration decisions were passed. Among them, Mr. Wang Xing was re-elected as a non-executive director and Mr. Jiang Zhenyu as an independent non-executive director. In addition, the Meeting authorizes the Board to issue and process no more than 20% of the total issued shares and to repurchase no more than 10% of the shares. Luo Binh Wing Road Accounting Firm and Pwai Wing Road Central Accounting Firm have been reappointed as independent auditors. The General Meeting was personally attended by the Executive Directors Mr. Li Xuan and Mr. Li Tei. The other directors were unable to attend due to busy business.
