AT THE MEETING, SHAREHOLDERS APPROVED ALL PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS, INCLUDING ADOPTING AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2023, DECLARING FINAL DIVIDENDS, RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND AUTHORIZATION OF THE BOARD TO DETERMINE DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION. Of these, the final dividend is HK$0.075 per share. In addition, the shareholders approved the reappointment of EY Accounting Firm as auditor and authorized the directors to repurchase and distribute shares in the company. The meeting also confirmed that no adjustment was required as the final dividend adjustment for the convertible bond conversion price was less than 1%.
