(“China Ayuen”) has issued a circular to its Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2024 and announces the extension of the paperless regime and the electronic publication of the Company's communications pursuant to Section 2.07 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited with effect from 31 December 2023 It stipulates that the company's communication documents will be published electronically. The Chinese-English version of this communication document is available on the Company's website and on the HKEX website.
