At IGG's Annual General Meeting held on 29 May 2024, shareholders adopted resolutions including audit of financial statements, re-election of directors and reappointment of auditors. The meeting was held at the Hai Fu Centre, Hong Kong. All proposals were approved by more than half of the shareholders and the special resolution was supported by more than three-quarters of the shareholders. In addition, the shareholders also authorize the Board of Directors to distribute and process additional shares and to repurchase the Company's shares. The meeting confirmed the abandonment of voting rights of the trustees of the Hong Kong Central Securities Trust Limited as a trustee of the Share Award Scheme. IGG Chairman Cai Tsung-Chien and all the other directors attended the meeting, which was supervised by the Central Securities Registry of Hong Kong Limited.
