Daitang New Energy will hold its first Inland Equity Class Shareholders' Meeting 2024 on 28 June 2024 at the Xicheng District of Beijing, China. THE MEETING WILL CONSIDER TWO SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS: ONE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD TO ISSUE NO MORE THAN 20% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES ISSUED; AND TWO, AUTHORIZING THE BOARD TO REPURCHASE H SHARES NOT EXCEEDING 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF H SHARES ISSUED. Shareholders will appoint agents to attend and vote at the general meeting, who may vote at the direction of shareholders or at their own discretion. Shareholders are required to submit the proxy appointment form to the Company's China Head Office 24 hours prior to the meeting. The meeting is expected to take half a day, and shareholders will have to take care of transportation and accommodation expenses.
