China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited will hold a special general meeting on 19 June 2024 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The meeting will consider two general resolutions: approval, follow-up and confirmation of loan and mortgage contracts and their transactions; and second, approval, follow-up and confirmation of the new tenancy framework agreement and its transactions. Share transfer registration will be suspended from 14 to 19 June. To attend the meeting and vote, shareholders are required to submit the Transmittal Form by 4:30pm on June 13. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend the meeting. In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a black storm warning, the Extraordinary General Meeting will be postponed.
