At the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on 27 May 2024, China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., considered and approved the motion to nominate Mr. Lee Kim Ming as a candidate for the 12th Board of Supervisors. The nomination will be submitted to the 2023 General Meeting for consideration. If approved by the General Meeting, Mr. LI will act as Supervisor of Shareholders from the date of approval until the end of the term of the 12th Supervisory Board. Mr. Lee Kim Ming has extensive financial management experience and has held senior positions in several well-known companies and has no record of holding any shares in the company or being sanctioned by regulators. IF APPOINTED, MR. LEE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY SUPERVISORY REMUNERATION. In addition, Mr. Li Jinming has no relationship with the Company's directors, supervisors, senior managers or major shareholders. There is no conflict of interest or bad record, and may not act as a supervisor of a listed company.
